鮭魚迴游是一種生物行為，它們出生在淡水的江河，在大海中度過成長時光，等到產卵期會不惜迢迢千里的艱苦跋涉，洄游到它們故鄉的河流繁衍下一代，待產卵完力盡而死，死後的身軀也成為小鮭魚的餌料，小鮭魚長大沿著前輩的足跡再遊入大海，產卵期再歸來。
